You will use an on-line assessment system of HrmForce on request of your current or potential employer, or an organisation representing them ('the Organisation'). HrmForce will provide this service on behalf of the Organisation.

Use of your data

The information you provide using this system ('Data') is used to assess your personality and/or skills (or those of your colleagues) for the Organisation. HrmForce maintains the right to use this Data for research purposes ('Goals').
HrmForce thinks that everyone should have equal opportunities. The Data is collected and used anonymously for possible research purposes.
To achieve our Goals, the Data might be sent outside the European Economic Space. In such cases, we take care that your Data will always be secure. HrmForce will also never supply the Data to any other party than the Organisation, the companies within our group, and our service providers, unless you have given permission or we are legally required to do so.

Security

The Data you provide in this assessment is stored on secured servers. We make use of the newest technologies for storing and securing data to prevent your Data from being accessed by unauthorised parties, and is abused, disclosed, changed without permission, destroyed or lost. All our employees and appointed other parties for processing your personal information are required to keep your data secret, as by the Law Data Protection or other regulations.

Your rights

You are entitled to a copy of your Data (for which a small fee is charged for administrative costs) and to correct possible mistakes. The Organisation is the Data Controller. HrmForce functions as Data Collector and is required to handle your data with care adhering to all applicable regulations with regard to data protection. If you have any questions about the identity of the Data Controller, you can contact us and we will provide you with the full information of the Organisation.
